Gift baskets are delivered each week based on a specific schedule for each facility. You can contact the facility directly to confirm the delivery date. Please note that each facility passes out commissary at their discretion and delivery date by Kellwell may not be the same date as commissary pass to the inmates.

If you received a successful transaction receipt and your inmate did not receive their gift basket, please send a copy of the receipt and the details of the transaction by using the "Get in Touch" button in the top right corner.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. We do NOT accept prepaid cards or digital wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) at this time.

Gift basket purchases are delivered to the facility where the inmate was housed, even if the inmate is released. Please contact the facility directly for instructions to pick up purchases delivered after an inmate is released.

We do not offer refunds for successful transactions. All gift baskets are delivered to the facility and the inmate can pick up their delivery at the facility after release, based on the rules of their facility. Please contact the facility directly to inquire about picking up a package for an inmate after release.

Limitations and restrictions on gift basket purchases are at the discretion of the facility where your inmate is being housed. If they are not allowed to receive a gift basket purchase, you will not be allowed to complete the purchase from our site. Please contact the facility directly to inquire about specific rules and regulations.

If you did not receive a receipt for your transaction, your purchase was likely unsuccessful. You can contact your bank to confirm if a transaction was completed. If your transaction shows "pending" on your bank statement but you did not receive a receipt for the transaction, a refund should automatically post to your account within 7-10 business days because the order did not complete successfully.

Gift basket orders are NO LONGER viewable from the inmate’s side. If you received a receipt for your order, your transaction was successful and will be delivered on the next available delivery date. If you need to confirm an order, you can contact us using the “Get in Touch” button at the top of your screen.

Individual commissary items are not available for purchase, unless specified by the facility. Unless individual items are listed on the gift basket page for the facility you’ve selected, only pre-packaged gift baskets are available. You may view contents and pricing by selecting “Order a Gift Basket” once you have selected the correct facility.
